To Tiger or not to Tiger?

With the 1000 pt tier 2 total war this coming Friday I now need to make a decision on what my final 1500 army is going to look like. I've been brain storming or math-hammering (which I don't know if you can do for FoW) and I figured I would post this article and look for feed back. Right now I'm running OC and 2IC in Panzer III M's, 2 platoons of 3 x Panzer IV E's and priority air support from bomb ladened Stukas. Here are the options:

2 pairs of 8-rads (170)
3 section armed pioneer platoon (single stand type) (165)
3 x nebs(115)
Upgrade 3 x E's to M's(45)

Tiger(385)
3x nebs(115)  I think this would be the most entertaining but not very practical....

8-rads(85)
3 x nebs(115)
3 x armoured pioneers (double stand type)(250)
Upgrade 3 x E to M's(45) I think this is the most competitive but also means the most I need to paint....

3 x panzer III M's(345)
3 x nebs (115)
1 x upgrade to IV F2(30)

3 x nebs(115)
2 x Stug G w shuhzen (350)
Upgrade 2IC to IV F2(30)

3 x nebs(115)
Increase platoons (4x E's) and (4x M's)(260)

I welcome any and all comments or suggestions on filling up my 1500 pt list.
