MW Kiwi Infantry vs German Infantry in Encounter v3!

Maori Infantry advance on the objective and Panzers! This was my first time playing FoW since the Christmas break and I still haven't read all the way through the v3 rules. I'm chewing through it as fast as I can so I'm hoping by the next time I play I've at least read it once. It was really good to see the crowd of usual suspects at Perkins Hobby house this Tuesday night for FoW. Bob agreed to put me through my paces as a new recruit for v3. We rolled up Encounter and got ready for a slug fest!

I had the chance to play against Shawn Morris (aka The Terrain Guy of RHQ fame) this FNF as he was in town for the 2011 FoW Skirmish.  I was playing my New Zealanders and he was playing Pioneers.  We had Ca$h, Matt Varnish and Lothlann hanging out and drinking some refreshments.

I had the chance to get to FNF this week and get in two games.  With the FoW Midwar tournament coming up in a week I still hadn't settled on a list but knew I wanted to play veterans.  After much deliberation I settled on the New Zealanders.  They are Confident Veterans with all the British special rules and they also get mission tactics.  I played against Lothlann's Soviets and he was running a Motor Rifle list.
